Using Deodorant Sprays Instead of Solids

Deodorant sprays have been becoming more and more popular due to their convenience. Instead of having to rub a stick on the affected area, those with deodorant sprays are just able to pop the cap off and spray some on. It is much quicker, and isn’t as gross to share between two people. Therefore, you may consider making the transition between solid deodorant and deodorant spray. Like any competition between two products, there are pros and cons to each type. Just look at some of the differences, and decide for yourself if you want to make the leap and change types of deodorant.

The main reason that you may not be ready to make the switch between solid and spray is that spray is usually weaker. When you apply regular, solid deodorant to your underarms, you are dealing with a product that can really soak into your skin, since through the very nature of its application it is being shoved into the pores of your skin. But when you apply a spray-on deodorant, you are getting nothing but a waft of the scent. As a result, it can wear off faster and may not be as effective in reducing perspiration during heightened levels of physical activity. However, if you just need a quick enhancement of your personal scent, a spray of deodorant could be the way to go.

Spray-on deodorant canisters are very popular since they can be quickly stuffed down into a backpack or gym bag. This gives people a chance to not only have the quick application of the spray-on deodorant, but also a small and portable way to carry it. It is easily accessible, and almost as effective as other deodorants. You can find spray-on deodorant at almost any store, since its increase in popularity has lead it to become fairly standard on the shelves of most stores.

Even if you aren’t totally satisfied with the long-term effects of spray-on deodorant, you should still consider carrying around a tube. If you’re walking along and you suddenly realize that your personal scent isn’t exactly what you would like it to be, you can whip out your spray-on deodorant and give your underarms the refreshing blast of scent that they really need.
